Our Functional AAP Compliance network is the online community for members to learn more about OFCCP’s functional affirmative action program (FAAP) agreement with DOL’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs.
Some of our members have been implementing functional plans for more than 15 years, after OFCCP officially launched the FAAP program at our annual meeting in 2002.
